We employ and train our own workforce, ensuring the highest standards. In training and developing our employees, we pay particular attention to systems of safe work which protect their health and wellbeing. We have invested heavily in our own stock of registered scaffolding including ringlock, modular and conventional tube and clip systems. As the owners and suppliers of our scaffolding material, we ensure ongoing compliance and maintenance of our equipment, and that all materials are fully serviced and inspected in between projects. Our maintenance and materials management system provides our clients confidence ensuring all materials are supplied in optimum condition.

Visual inspections are vital towards asset management, longevity and conditional monitoring of operational processes involving an assessment of the integrity of an asset’s condition. With an inspector assessing for visual signs of corrosion, cracks, physical damage, weld profile and general significant anomalies that can cause detriment to operations. The visual inspection process often precedes other non-destructive testing. 
Ultrasonic Testing is a non-destructive testing method to evaluate material properties such as material thickness and is regular in all areas of industrial measurements. The ability to gauge thickness measurement without requiring access to both sides of the test piece, offers this technology a multitude of possible applications. Paint thickness gauges, ultrasonic coating thickness gauges, digital thickness gauges and many more options are available to test plastics, glass, ceramics, metal and other materials. Along with coating thickness, it is widely being used for thicknesses of glass, wood, and plastics and serves as major testing equipment in the corrosion industry.
Ultrasonic testing has a host of advantages. As a non-destructive method, there is reduced disruption, minimised need for moving assets and hazardous exposure. In many instances, Ultrasonic testing can be used from one side of an asset in order to get highly accurate results. It is also capable of detecting extremely small flaws.
